Château de la Basmaignée is located in the North West of France in the Mayenne Department of the Pays de la Loire.
The Château sits in over 60 acres of parkland and includes a beautiful private chapel, a walled garden, six cottages, plus 25 acres of forest with a secluded lake. Its facilities include a tennis court, woodland trails, and a lake.
The Château gardens are open to the public every last Sunday of the month from April to September between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm and it’s worth the visit. Video tour
