Château Lagorce is a family-owned 15th-century Château near to Bordeaux.  It used to be known as “noble house of the large gorce” (a type of vegetation) is an important heritage building in Haux which evidence, according to historical documents dating from the 1700’s that the castle originally had a moat.  The Chateau has been sympathetically restored throughout by its current owners.

As a guest at Chateau Château , imagine waking up in your 4 poster bed and stepping out onto the terrace to view the picturesque lake and the vine-covered adjoining valley.

Now the Château is a popular wedding venue and a private function venue (the function room also serves as a weather contingency for weddings and accommodates up to 150 people).
